Darius Morris, a former NBA player, has been arrested and charged with shooting three people at a DeKalb County gas station on Tuesday night. Morris, who was out on bond in a 2020 murder case, is now being held without bond until a hearing set for early May.

According to court records, investigators say Morris shot and killed his child's mother back in 2020. He was out on bond in that case when he allegedly shot three people at the gas station on Candler Road.

A judge denied bond for Morris on Wednesday, citing the seriousness of the charges and his prior criminal history.
